Mesquite Smoked Almonds



  • 500gm Almonds (pre-roasted and salted)
  • Bradley Smoker bisquettes – Mesquite


  1. Set up the Smoker for 250°F (121°C) using Mesquite wood bisquettes (or bisquettes of your choice).
  2. Place a Magic Mat on a smoker rack and evenly spread the almonds on it.
  3. Smoke for about 2 hours.
  4. Let the almonds come to room temperature before serving.
